As Venus (feminine) and Mars (masculine) meet up in the sky today, I hope you are feeling the balance within yourself. The feminine and the masculine energies in each of us need our attention for that balance to take place, but what does that mean?
Anytime we act outwardly, it is a masculine expression whether it is seen by others or not. That would make crying an expression of masculine energy. When we have an inner knowing, intuition, or emotion that is not yet expressed, that is our feminine side. That would be what triggers the crying. Acknowledging how we truly feel is important to nurture our health as well as knowing how to express it in a way that heals instead of harms. Therefore, going within, quieting the mind, listening to inner wisdom-our feminine attributes-are an important part of this balancing, as well as how we choose to act on what we experience within and utilizing our masculine energy. Masculine without the feminine, can get frustrated and aggressive. Feminine without the masculine can cause internal stress and overwhelm. It is a relief to know we have both in us and have the power to create a balanced self.
Since the right hemisphere of the brain controls the left side of the body, which represents the feminine, and the left hemisphere controls the right side of the body, the masculine, if you have any disorder, aches, or pains on either side, you may need to nurture or express accordingly.
